Visiting Rules

1. The staff of the Jardins de Clapiera are authorized to give instructions to visitors. We thank you for following their instructions.

2. Selfie sticks are not permitted. Photography is welcome, but must not disturb other visitors.
   Be careful not to block aisles with tripods or bulky equipment.

3. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited throughout the Gardens, in order to preserve air quality and the safety of all.

4. Any consumption or possession of illicit substances is prohibited within the Gardens.

5. The introduction of alcohol is prohibited.

6. Respectful behavior is required at all times. Any obscene language, indecent attire, aggressive or violent behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the Gardens.

7. Children must be under the constant supervision of their chaperones and remain with them throughout the visit.

8. Calm is required in all areas of the Gardens. Please speak in a moderate tone to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the site.

9. School or youth groups must be supervised by responsible adults. Upon prior request, our services can offer rates adapted to accompanying adults.

11. Visitors using wheelchairs, mobility scooters or wide strollers should exercise patience and caution as some aisles may be narrow or difficult to access.

12. Costumes, disguises and cosplay outfits (including historical or folkloric outfits) are prohibited.

13. Weddings and official photoshoots must be booked in advance. Any unauthorized photoshoot or group photoshoot that may disturb other visitors is prohibited.
